Please read the following policies regarding any appointment/service provided by Violet B Studio.
New Clients
I look forward to meeting you! Any new color clients require a complimentary in-person consultation prior to scheduling their color appointment. This ensures client and stylist are on the same page to give you the hair you’ve been dreaming of.
Refunds
All services at Violet B Studio are nonrefundable. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, please email [email protected] within 48 hours after the service was performed and a free of charge corrective service can be provided.
Cancellation/No-Show
We understand life happens and things come up unexpectedly. In the event you need to cancel your upcoming appointment, there is a required 48-hour minimum notice. In the event of cancelling after the 48-hour window, or no-showing, you authorize Violet B Studio to charge your account 50% of your scheduled services’ value. This policy is in place to help ensure I can give you, and other clients, the best experience, every time.
Lateness
There is a 10-minute grace period when running late. If you are more than 10 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. Thank you for respecting your stylist and other clients’ appointments.
Guests
To give you the best overall experience and result, there is a no guest policy in place. There are no exceptions to this policy. Violet B Studio provides a safe and relaxing environment for clients and the hot tools and equipment being used pose a safety hazard to children 12 & under.
Online Scheduling
Scheduling is made simple and at your fingertips through the book now tab. Credit card will be required at booking and will be kept under your secured file for any future appointments/payments. Any questions regarding your scheduling please reach out via email at [email protected].
